The Flower Market Pen Series, by Jeff Hornung.  These pens were created using original photos taken by Jeff.  He also edited the photos, cast the pen bodies and turned the bodies on a lathe to fit the black titanium and gold pen fittings.  This is a ballpoint pen with a twist mechanism and standard ink refills are readily available.
